Industry Insider has got the inside scoop to Toronto's beloved men's haven: Got Style. If you consider yourself fashion forward, I am sure you've already had the pleasure of perusing the unique Canadian labels you cannot find anywhere else. Got Style is the first fashion retailer to showcase itself at Fashion Week. The owner, Melissa Austria, has built a reputation as a fashion industry insider. She knows what looks great on men and seems to have tuned into the men's psyche.

I was talking to Dimitri, one of Industry Insider’s Fitness and Nutrition Hosts, about some of the questions you guys at home have been asking via the social web. A question that kept coming up: How can I control my calorie intake/What should I be eating? I knew Dimitri would be able to best answer these questions.
